Set the rules once
Tick Run an affiliate program, then set the commission, how long a link is remembered and how long commissions wait before they're payable.
- Commission (%) on each sale, with a different rate for one affiliate or one offer.
- A cookie window: how many days after a click a purchase still counts.
- A hold before payable that matches your refund window.
- Approve sign-ups yourself or automatically, under your own terms.
You see what's owed, and you pay
Commissions start as pending and become ready to pay when the hold is over. Pay affiliates the way you like, by PayPal or bank transfer, then mark them paid.

Frequently asked
How does affiliate tracking work?
An affiliate shares their link. A visit through it is remembered for the number of days you set, and a purchase in that window records a commission for them.
Does Klasira pay my affiliates?
No. You pay them yourself, for example by PayPal or bank transfer, then click Mark paid. Export every commission to CSV for your records.
What happens if a sale is refunded?
Its commission is cancelled. Commissions stay pending until the hold you set is over, so match the hold to your refund window.
Can I give one affiliate a higher rate?
Yes. Set a different rate for one affiliate, or boost the rate on one offer.
Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone who signs up on your program page. Approve each one yourself, or approve new affiliates automatically.
