How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 14 days free. Pick a theme, build your courses and connect payments during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Are there really no transaction fees?
Yes. Klasira takes 0% of your sales on every plan. Stripe and PayPal charge their own standard processing fees on each payment, as they would anywhere.
How do I get paid?
Connect your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect for card payments, and optionally a PayPal business account for one-time offers. Students pay on your checkout and the money goes to your account, on your own Stripe or PayPal schedule.
What are AI credits for?
The AI course builder uses AI credits when it drafts outlines, lessons, scripts and quiz questions. Your plan includes credits each month.
Do you handle sales tax and VAT?
Turn on Stripe Tax in your own Stripe account and card payments get sales tax, VAT or GST added automatically, tax-inclusive or exclusive. Stripe charges for Stripe Tax.
Why are plan prices in US dollars?
Your Klasira subscription is billed in US dollars. What you charge your students is up to you, in your school's own currency.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Plans are month to month, or yearly if you prefer (about two months free). Cancel any time from your subscription page and you won't be charged again.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade to Pro when you're ready to sell memberships or payment plans, or to Business when your team grows. Upgrades take effect right away.
