Import students from a CSV (Teachable, Thinkific, Kajabi)

Bring your existing students over and give them access in one go.

  1. Export your students as a CSV from your old platform. Each row needs the email first, then the name (optional). Header rows are skipped.
  2. Open Students and click Import CSV.
  3. Choose the file. It must be under 5 MB and saved as UTF-8 CSV.
  4. Under Give them access to, tick the courses and downloads they should have.
  5. Tick Email each of them a sign-in link if you want them to hear from you now, then click Import.

Students already in your school aren't duplicated; they just get the new access.
