Give away a lead magnet for an email address
Offer a free download in exchange for an email, and grow your list in your CRM.
A lead magnet is a free download, such as a checklist, a guide or a sample chapter, that people get by giving you their email address.
- Create a download under Downloads and upload the file. See Sell digital downloads.
- Tick Give it away for an email address (lead magnet). No price needed.
- Set the status to published and click Save.
Share the link shown in the Lead magnet box. Visitors enter their first name and email and click Send it to me, and they're emailed a download link.
Your new leads
Everyone who signs up is added to your CRM with the tag "Lead magnet:" and the download's name, so you can follow up with an email or an automation. The Lead magnet box on the download shows how many have signed up.
