Podia Pricing 2026: Plans, Fees and What It Really Costs
Podia's three plans, the 5% fee on Mover, what each plan includes, what extra email subscribers cost, how payouts work and what a year of Podia really costs.
Podia is an approachable all-in-one for creators: courses, downloads, coaching, webinars, a community, email marketing and a website with a blog, with sales paid straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account. Its prices are lower than most all-in-ones, but two things change the real bill: a 5% fee on the entry plan, and email subscriber limits that are paid for separately.
This post covers every Podia plan with its price, what each one includes, the fees, payouts, the add-ons and what a year really costs. Every figure comes from Podia's own pricing page and help center.
The short answer
Podia costs $49, $99 or $179 a month (Mover, Shaker and Earthquaker), or $42, $84 or $150 a month billed yearly. Mover adds a 5% transaction fee; Shaker and Earthquaker charge none. Stripe or PayPal processing (about 2.9% + 30¢) applies on every plan. There's no free plan, but a 14-day free trial with no card needed.
Key takeaways
- Email subscribers are the hidden variable: 100, 500 or 1,000 are included, and bigger lists cost extra, for example $28 a month for 2,500.
- Affiliates, upsells, PayPal and Zapier start on Shaker.
- Sales go straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account; Podia never holds your money.
- On Mover, the 5% fee costs more than upgrading to Shaker once you sell about $10,000 a year.
- Every plan includes a website and blog, courses, downloads, coaching, events, a community, email marketing and free migration help.

Podia plans and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Podia's pricing page shows yearly prices by default; yearly billing saves about 15%. Refunds must be requested within 72 hours of your latest payment.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mover | $49/month | $42/month ($504 a year) | 5% | 50 / 100 | Getting started with a few products |

| Earthquaker | $179/month | $150/month ($1,800 a year) | 0% | Unlimited / 1,000 | Large catalogs and teams |
How much does Podia cost per month?
Podia Mover costs $49 a month, Shaker $99 and Earthquaker $179 on monthly billing. Billed yearly, they're $42, $84 and $150 a month: $504, $1,008 and $1,800 a year.
Every plan includes online courses, digital downloads, coaching, live and in-person events, a community, a website with a blog, landing pages, a custom domain, built-in checkout in 20+ currencies, sales tax tools, Podia's AI tools, email marketing and free migration help. That breadth on the entry plan is Podia's real strength: the website, events, community and email aren't held back for higher tiers.
What does each Podia plan include?
| Mover | Shaker | Earthquaker | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Transaction fee | 5% | 0% | 0% |
| Products | 50 | 150 | Unlimited |
| Videos | 500 | 1,000 | Unlimited |
| Community spaces | 25 | 100 | Unlimited |
| Email subscribers included | 100 | 500 | 1,000 |
| Customers | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Affiliate marketing | No | Yes | Yes |
| Upsells | No | Yes | Yes |
| PayPal | No | Yes | Yes |
| Zapier | No | Yes | Yes |
| Assistants (team members) | Not listed | 1 | Unlimited |
| Free migration | Up to 50 products | Up to 150 products | Up to 150 products |
Customers are unlimited on every plan, so the number that matters is email subscribers: people you can send marketing email to through Podia.
Does Podia charge transaction fees?
Only on Mover, which takes 5% of each sale. Shaker and Earthquaker have no Podia fees. On every plan, Stripe or PayPal charges its own processing fee, which Podia's pricing page gives as 2.9% + 30¢ (it varies by location, and Podia doesn't set it).
On a $200 sale, Mover takes $10 and Stripe about $6.10. On Shaker, only the $6.10 comes off.
How does Podia pay you?
Podia doesn't hold or process your money: every sale goes straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account, and you withdraw to your bank on their schedule. Podia's help center says that's usually within about five business days, and that Stripe usually schedules your first payout 7 to 14 days after your first successful sale. Stripe or PayPal may occasionally hold funds while they verify your account, which you sort out with them directly.
What costs extra on Podia?
Email subscribers. Each plan includes a set number, and Podia's pricing page sells bigger lists as an add-on on any plan:
| Email subscribers | Add-on, monthly billing | Add-on, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|
| 2,500 | +$28/month | +$22/month |
| 5,000 | +$45/month | +$36/month |
| 10,000 | +$70/month | +$56/month |
| 25,000 | +$135/month | +$108/month |
| 50,000 | +$250/month | +$200/month |
So Shaker with a 5,000-subscriber list costs $144 a month, or $120 a month billed yearly. The other common extra is upgrading from Mover to get affiliates, upsells or PayPal, and migrations beyond your plan's product limit are quoted by Podia.
Is there a free plan or free trial?
No free plan. Podia offers a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature, and you don't need a credit card or to choose a plan up front. Refunds must be requested within 72 hours of your most recent payment, and annual plans aren't partly refunded.
Which Podia plan should you choose?
- Mover while sales are under about $10,000 a year (or $12,000 on monthly billing) and you don't need affiliates or PayPal.
- Shaker for most creators: no transaction fee, affiliates, upsells, PayPal and Zapier.
- Earthquaker if you have more than 150 products, a big video library or a team of assistants.

What it costs on real sales
Example (illustration, not data): $60,000 of course sales in a year, as 300 sales of $200 to US cardholders, on yearly billing where offered. Card processing of about 2.9% + 30¢ a sale (about $1,830 here) comes on top on every platform unless a row says it's included, so it's left out of the totals.
Add a 5,000-subscriber email list and Shaker rises to $1,440 a year ($120 a month billed yearly).
