LearnWorlds Pricing 2026: Plans, Fees and What It Costs

LearnWorlds' plans and prices in 2026, including Starter's new price and $5 enrollment fee, what each plan gates, the add-ons, payouts and what a year really costs.

7 min read

LearnWorlds sits between a creator course platform and a corporate learning system: interactive video, SCORM, assessments, white-labelling and single sign-on alongside courses, a community and a website builder. Its pricing reflects that split. The entry plan charges a fee on every sale and leaves out certificates and payment plans, and the features training companies want sit on the higher tiers.

Here's every LearnWorlds plan with its price, what each one includes and gates, the fees, payouts, add-ons and what a year really costs. Every figure comes from LearnWorlds' own pricing and help pages.

The short answer

LearnWorlds costs $49, $99 or $299 a month (Starter, Pro Trainer and Learning Center), or $44, $79 or $249 a month billed yearly, with Corporate priced by sales. Starter adds a $5 fee on every course enrollment; higher plans charge none. Stripe or PayPal processing (about 2.9% + 30¢) comes on top. There's a 30-day free trial and no free plan.

Key takeaways

  • Starter is now $49 a month ($44 billed yearly); many guides still quote its earlier $29.
  • Certificates, subscriptions, payment plans, bundles, SCORM and affiliates all start on Pro Trainer.
  • At $5 an enrollment, Starter costs more than Pro Trainer once you sell about 84 courses a year on yearly billing.
  • White-label, single sign-on, the API and LTI need Learning Center.
  • A branded mobile app is an add-on from Pro Trainer up, and LearnWorlds doesn't publish its price.

How much does LearnWorlds cost per month?

LearnWorlds Starter costs $49 a month, Pro Trainer $99 and Learning Center $299 on monthly billing. Billed yearly, they're $44, $79 and $249 a month: $528, $948 and $2,988 a year. Corporate is quoted by sales and adds a dedicated success manager, a 99.95% uptime guarantee and phone support.

Starter's price is newer than many reviews: LearnWorlds listed it at $29 a month ($24 billed yearly) when we checked earlier in October 2026, and much of the web still quotes that. LearnWorlds now labels Learning Center its most popular plan.

Every plan includes LearnWorlds' AI course builder and assessments, unlimited video hosting, a built-in community, selling on your own domain, and coupons, discounts and order bumps.

One inconsistency on the page: Starter's plan card lists live one-to-one and group sessions, while the comparison table shows live-session integrations only from Pro Trainer. Ask LearnWorlds if live classes matter to you on Starter.

LearnWorlds' genuine strengths show from Pro Trainer up: interactive video, SCORM, varied assessments and white-labelling go well beyond what most creator-first platforms offer, which is why training companies choose it.

Does LearnWorlds charge transaction fees?

Only on Starter, which charges $5 for every course enrollment. Pro Trainer, Learning Center and Corporate have no enrollment fees. Payments run through your own Stripe or PayPal account (LearnWorlds' help center also has guides for Shopify and PagSeguro), so their processing fee applies on every plan; LearnWorlds quotes Stripe and PayPal at 2.9% + 30¢.

A flat fee hits cheap courses hardest: $5 is 10% of a $50 course but 2.5% of a $200 one.

How does LearnWorlds pay you?

LearnWorlds doesn't hold your money: sales go to the Stripe or PayPal account you connect, and payouts follow their schedule. Tax is yours to handle too. LearnWorlds integrates with Stripe Tax, which calculates and collects sales tax, VAT and GST at checkout, but filing and paying it over stay with you.

What costs extra on LearnWorlds?

  • Branded mobile app: an add-on from Pro Trainer up, with "multiple price options" and no published price.
  • Extra emails and AI credits: sold as add-ons beyond each plan's monthly allowance; prices aren't published.
  • Done-for-you migration: available on request after a free consult.
  • VAT: added to EU customers' bills unless they give a valid VAT number.
  • The $5 enrollment fee on Starter.

Is there a free plan or free trial?

No free plan. LearnWorlds offers a 30-day free trial with access to the core features. Registered non-profits can ask for a discount on Pro Trainer and above.

Which LearnWorlds plan should you choose?

  • Starter only for a first course with few sales: past about 84 enrollments a year (120 on monthly billing) it costs more than Pro Trainer, and it has no certificates or payment plans.
  • Pro Trainer for most solo course sellers: no enrollment fees, certificates, subscriptions, payment plans, affiliates and SCORM.
  • Learning Center for branded academies that need white-label, SSO, the API or 25 admins.
  • Corporate for enterprise training with service agreements and a success manager.

If LearnWorlds is more learning system than you need, compare the best online course platforms or Thinkific's pricing.

What it costs on real sales

Example (illustration, not data): $60,000 of course sales in a year, as 300 sales of $200 to US cardholders, on yearly billing where offered. Card processing of about 2.9% + 30¢ a sale (about $1,830 here) comes on top on every platform unless a row says it's included, so it's left out of the totals.

Starter's $5 fee adds $1,500 on 300 sales, so here it costs more than twice as much as Pro Trainer.
