8 Best Stan Store Alternatives in 2026, With Fees Compared
Stan Store has no free plan and keeps upsells, coupons and email broadcasts on its $99 plan. Eight alternatives compared on price, fees per sale and payouts.
Stan Store made selling from a link in bio simple: one mobile page with courses, downloads and bookings. But it has no free plan, the Creator plan costs $29 a month, and the tools many sellers want next (discount codes, upsells and order bumps, affiliates, email broadcasts and pixel tracking) sit on Creator Pro at $99 a month.
Here are eight alternatives, with what each costs, what it takes from a sale and who it suits better than Stan.
The short answer
The best Stan Store alternative depends on what you sell. For a free start, Beacons, Payhip or systeme.io have free plans (Beacons and Payhip take a cut of each sale). For 0% fees with a link-in-bio page in front of a full course school, Klasira. For the best-known link page, Linktree Pro. For no monthly fee at all, Gumroad. For courses, coaching and events on one site, Podia.
Key takeaways
- Stan Store costs $29 a month (Creator) or $99 (Creator Pro), or $300 and $948 a year. It takes no transaction fee and offers a 14-day trial, not a free plan.
- Beacons, Payhip and systeme.io have free plans: Beacons takes 9% of each sale on its free plan, Payhip 5%, systeme.io 0%.
- Klasira, Linktree Pro, Sellfy and Podia Shaker take 0%, like Stan; Gumroad takes 10% + 50¢ per sale plus card processing.
- Selling courses too? Compare quizzes, certificates and drip schedules: that's where link pages and course platforms differ.
Disclosure: we make Klasira, one of the platforms on this list. Every other product's details come from its own public pages, checked in October 2026 and linked at the end. We include each one's real strengths, and say who it suits better than us.
How we compared them
We compared link-in-bio pages (Beacons, Linktree), simple stores (Payhip, Gumroad, Sellfy) and platforms with a link page or site in front (Klasira, Podia, systeme.io) on price, fee per sale, payouts and whether each sells courses, coaching and downloads from one link.

The platforms, one by one
1. Klasira
Best for: Creators who want a designed school, 0% transaction fees and every sale paid into their own Stripe account
Price: See Klasira's pricing; 0% transaction fees. Fee: 0%.
Klasira is a new course platform with a creator-store side. The parts that replace Stan: a link-in-bio page with your photo, bio, social icons, links and chosen products in your theme's colors; coaching calls the buyer books from your availability; lead magnets that turn each download sign-up into a tagged CRM contact; on-page checkout with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link; countdown offers with limited spots; and pixels for Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.
Behind the link page sits a full school: courses with quizzes, certificates and drip schedules, downloads alone or in bundles, a community, affiliates, order bumps and upsells, and email automations. Klasira takes 0% of each sale and pays it into your own Stripe account.
Where it shines: 0% fees and payouts to your own Stripe; a link page, coaching, lead magnets and a full course school in one place.
Watch out for: New, with no mobile app, no live classes and nothing like Stan's AutoDM for Instagram; you handle tax registration and filing yourself.
2. Beacons
Best for: Creators who want a free link-in-bio page, a media kit for brand deals and a small store in one place
Price: Free, $10, $30 or $100 a month ($100, $300 or $1,000 a year). Fee: 9% on Free and Creator; 0% on Creator Plus and Creator Max.
Beacons combines a link-in-bio page, a store, a media kit for brand deals and email. The free plan sells with a 9% fee and 50 email sends a month; Creator ($10) adds AI brand outreach and 500 sends but keeps the 9% fee (invoices are 0%); Creator Plus ($30) drops the fee to 0% and adds memberships, multi-module courses, unlimited marketing emails and removes the Beacons logo.
Against Stan: Beacons is cheaper at every level, and its media kit helps when brand deals pay part of your bills. Creator Plus gives you 0% fees and courses for about Stan Creator's price.
Where it shines: A real free plan, a media kit and brand-deal tools, 0% fees from $30 a month.
Watch out for: A 9% fee until you pay $30 a month; courses and memberships only from Creator Plus.
3. Linktree
Best for: Creators who mostly need links, with a few digital products or a course on the side
Price: Free; paid plans showed $9, $17 or $35 a month ($7, $14 or $30 billed yearly) in our check; prices can vary by country. Fee: 0% Linktree fee on Pro and Premium (selling needs one of them); USD 0.25 per payout.
Linktree is the best-known link-in-bio page. On Pro and Premium you can sell digital products and courses (its pricing page says courses are Kajabi-powered) with no Linktree fee; Stripe's processing fee, typically 2.9% + 30¢ in the US, still applies, and Linktree's FAQ mentions a USD 0.25 charge per payout. Money reaches your Stripe account right after each purchase.
Against Stan: if you sell one or two products next to your links, Linktree Pro does it with no Linktree fee. Coaches and sellers with several products usually outgrow it.
Where it shines: The most familiar link page, 0% selling fee on Pro, payouts to your own Stripe.
Watch out for: Selling is a side feature: no coaching bookings, coupons or upsells named on its pricing page; selling is limited to certain countries.
4. Payhip
Best for: Low-cost selling of downloads and courses, paying as you grow
Price: Free, $29 or $99 a month. Fee: 5% on Free; 2% on Plus; 0% on Pro.
Payhip gives every plan the same features and unlimited products; you choose between a higher transaction fee and a monthly price: 5% on the free plan, 2% on Plus and 0% on Pro. Payhip says it collects, reports and remits EU and UK VAT on digital sales for you.
Against Stan: Payhip's free plan lets you test products without a monthly bill, and Pro's 0% matches Stan. It works as a store with a page per product rather than one mobile link page.
Where it shines: A real free plan, all features on every plan, instant payouts to PayPal or Stripe.
Watch out for: Simpler course and site tools than course-first platforms.
5. Gumroad
Best for: Selling a first download or small course with no monthly fee
Price: No monthly fee. Fee: 10% + 50¢ per direct sale, plus card processing; 30% on Discover marketplace sales.
Gumroad has no monthly plan; it takes a share of each sale instead: 10% + 50¢ on direct sales plus card processing, and a flat 30% (processing included) on sales through its Discover marketplace. Since 2025 it's the merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT. Once your paid sales in a calendar month pass $20,000, new direct sales that month drop to 5% + 50¢. Payouts need a $100 balance and, on weekly or monthly schedules, each sale is held at least 7 days.
Against Stan: Gumroad costs nothing until you sell, but at 10% + 50¢ plus card processing it overtakes Stan's $29 Creator plan once you sell a few hundred dollars a month.
Where it shines: Nothing to pay until you sell, tax handled, a marketplace that can bring buyers.
Watch out for: The per-sale fee is the most expensive here once you sell regularly; basic course tools.
6. Podia
Best for: Creators who sell courses, downloads, coaching and webinars from one simple site
Price: $49, $99 or $179 a month ($42, $84 or $150 yearly). Fee: 5% on Mover; 0% above.
Podia is an approachable all-in-one: courses, downloads, coaching, webinars and live events, a community, email marketing, and a website with a blog. Payments go to your own Stripe or PayPal, and Podia offers free migration help.
Against Stan: Podia is a full website with a blog, courses, coaching, a community and live events. Mover's 5% fee and its 100 included email subscribers make Shaker the plan to compare.
Where it shines: Simple to use, events and webinars, a website and blog, free migration help.
Watch out for: 5% fee on Mover; affiliates and upsells only from Shaker; 100, 500 or 1,000 email subscribers included by plan, more as a paid add-on; no app.
7. systeme.io
Best for: Budget-minded creators who want funnels, email and courses on a free or cheap plan
Price: Free, $17, $47 or $97 a month. Fee: 0% on every plan.
systeme.io bundles sales funnels, email marketing, courses, a blog and an affiliate program, with 0% transaction fees. The free plan allows 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 500 students with unlimited email sends; Startup ($17) raises that to 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses, Webinar ($47) to 10,000, 50 and 20, and Unlimited ($97) removes the limits. It connects to Stripe and PayPal at no extra cost.
Against Stan: systeme.io gives you more marketing (funnels, email automation, a blog) for less money, but plainer pages and no mobile link page.
Where it shines: The cheapest way to get funnels, email and courses together; a usable free plan.
Watch out for: Plain course and site design; limits on contacts, funnels and courses below Unlimited; no student app found.
8. Sellfy
Best for: Selling downloads, merch and subscriptions from a simple store with email built in
Price: $29, $79 or $159 a month ($22, $59 or $119 billed yearly). Fee: 0%; plans capped at $10k, $50k or $200k of sales a year.
Sellfy is a store builder for digital, physical and print-on-demand products and subscriptions, with email credits on every plan (2,000, 10,000 or 50,000). It charges no transaction fee, but each plan has a yearly sales cap; above it Sellfy expects you to upgrade and may charge 2% on revenue over the limit. Upsells, cart abandonment and affiliates start on Business. We found no course builder on its pricing page.
Against Stan: Sellfy suits sellers who add merch or print-on-demand to digital products. Watch the caps: $10,000 a year on Starter is about $833 a month in sales.
Where it shines: 0% fees, instant payouts, print-on-demand and email in one store.
Watch out for: Sales caps per plan; no free plan; upsells and affiliates need Business; not a course platform.
What Stan Store does well
Credit Stan with what it gets right: a mobile-first store that's quick to set up, no transaction fee on either plan, and a course builder, bookings, lead magnets, subscriptions and a community on the $29 plan. AutoDM, which answers Instagram comments and messages with your link, is a genuine edge, and Creator Pro adds Stan Payments with Afterpay and Klarna.
Cash-outs are simple too: from $10, and Stan says the money reaches your bank within 24 to 48 hours.
What $1,000 a month of sales costs on each
Say you sell 20 products at $50 a month. The table adds each plan's price to what the platform takes; card processing (about 2.9% + 30¢ per US card sale) comes on top of every row.
| Platform and plan | Plan price a month | Platform fee on $1,000 | Total before processing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stan Store Creator | $29 | $0 | $29 |
| Stan Store Creator Pro | $99 | $0 | $99 |
| Klasira | See pricing | $0 | Plan price only |
| Beacons Free | $0 | $90 (9%) | $90 |
| Beacons Creator Plus | $30 | $0 | $30 |
| Linktree Pro | $17 in our check | $0, plus USD 0.25 per payout | About $17 |
| Payhip Free | $0 | $50 (5%) | $50 |
| Payhip Plus | $29 | $20 (2%) | $49 |
| Gumroad | $0 | $110 (10% + 50¢ on 20 sales) | $110 |
| Podia Shaker | $99 | $0 | $99 |
| systeme.io Free | $0 | $0 | $0, within its limits |
| Sellfy Starter | $29 | $0 | $29, but $12,000 a year is over its $10,000 cap |
Free plans with a fee win only at low volume. Beacons' 9% costs more than Creator Plus once you sell about $333 a month, and Payhip's 5% costs more than Plus once you pass about $967 a month.

Yes. Upload your files and videos again, import customers from a CSV file where the new platform allows it (Klasira does), and update the link in your bio last.
Try Klasira with your own course
If your link in bio sells courses, coaching and downloads, try Klasira's link-in-bio page with one product. Pick a theme, add one course and connect Stripe, then judge it on your own material. Start your school or see pricing.
