Yes, within limits. The free plan never expires, needs no credit card and has 0% transaction fees, so you can sell a course without paying Systeme.io anything; Stripe's or PayPal's processing is your only cost. It includes unlimited email sends, unlimited file storage, a blog, a link-in-bio page, a booking calendar and your own affiliate program.

The catch is the caps. You get 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels of up to 15 steps, 1 course with up to 500 students, 1 community, 1 automation rule, 1 email campaign, 1 coupon code, 1 upsell and 1 order bump. A single course with a sales funnel and a welcome email fits; a second course, a coupon for a launch and a follow-up sequence don't. Most creators who grow outgrow the free plan through the contact limit or the 1-rule automation limit first.

Cancelling keeps your plan until the next billing date, then the account reverts to the free plan rather than closing. To downgrade, Systeme.io's FAQ says you either ask support to convert your remaining days, or cancel, wait for the free plan and then buy the lower one.

Does Systeme.io charge transaction fees?

No. Every plan, including the free one, has 0% transaction fees. You connect your own Stripe account (Systeme.io's help center walks through it) or PayPal, and the pricing page also lists Apple Pay, Razorpay, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, Xendit and cash on delivery.
