Sales, payouts and refunds
Where your orders are, when the money arrives, and how refunds work.
The Sales tab lists every order: the date, the student, the offer, its status and the amount. The Overview shows your sales and revenue for the last 30 days.
Payouts
Students pay into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule. Klasira never holds your money.
Refunds
Make refunds in your Stripe dashboard (Payments → Open your Stripe dashboard). Once the refund goes through, the order shows as refunded and the student's access to what they bought is removed.
