Klasira vs Kajabi: Pricing, Payouts and Features (2026)

Kajabi is a polished all-in-one for creators: courses, coaching with live video, email, funnels, podcasts and an app. Klasira is new and pays into your own Stripe with 0% fees. How to choose.

11 min read

Kajabi is the best-known all-in-one platform for creators. Beyond courses it covers coaching with built-in live video, communities, newsletters, podcasts, unlimited marketing emails, funnels and landing pages, a student app, and an AI assistant it calls Cofounder. It's priced to match, from $179 a month.

Klasira is a new course platform with designed school themes, courses, downloads and memberships, a community, affiliates and a built-in CRM with email automations, selling through the creator's own Stripe account with 0% transaction fees. Here's how they compare.

The short answer

Choose Kajabi if you want the most complete creator platform, with a student app, coaching with built-in live video, podcasts, newsletters and unlimited marketing email, and the budget for $143 to $399 a month billed yearly. Choose Klasira if you want 0% fees with payments landing in your own Stripe account on Stripe's schedule, rather than Kajabi Payments' monthly payouts for new accounts.

Key takeaways

  • Kajabi costs $179, $249 or $499 a month ($143, $199 or $399 billed yearly), with a 14-day free trial.
  • Kajabi takes no revenue share on Kajabi Payments or PayPal; other processors cost 2%, 1% or 0.5% extra by plan.
  • New Kajabi Payments accounts are paid monthly, with a seven-business-day delay; subscriptions and payment plans add 0.7%.
  • Kajabi's affiliate program and cohort courses start on Growth; its standard student app is on every plan and a branded app on Pro.
  • Klasira charges 0% transaction fees and pays every sale straight into your own Stripe account, so the only cut of a sale is Stripe's (or PayPal's) processing fee.

Disclosure: we make Klasira, so weigh our view accordingly. Everything we say about Kajabi comes from its own public pages, checked in October 2026 and linked at the end. Klasira is new and does less than Kajabi in several areas; we list them.

Kajabi pricing and fees

Kajabi publishes three plans with a 14-day free trial (no card needed) and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Kajabi Payments card rates in the US fall with the plan: 2.9%, 2.8% or 2.7% + 30¢.

Pro$499/month, or $399/month billed yearly: unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, branded app, API0%; 0.5% on other processors

Klasira: 0% transaction fees on every plan, with each sale paid into your own Stripe account. Plan prices are on Klasira's pricing page; we leave them out here so this post doesn't go stale when they change.

What the fees cost on real sales

Example (illustration, not data): $60,000 of course sales in a year, as 300 sales of $200 to US cardholders, on yearly billing where offered. Card processing of about 2.9% + 30¢ a sale (about $1,830 here) comes on top on every platform unless a row says it's included, so it's left out of the totals.

Kajabi Growth (affiliates)$2,388$0$2,388

Kajabi's fees are low if you use Kajabi Payments, and its higher plans even lower the card rate. The trade-off is in payouts and in what Basic includes: new Kajabi Payments accounts are paid monthly, and affiliates need Growth at $199 a month billed yearly. Kajabi Payments adds 0.7% on subscriptions and payment plans and $0.15 per transaction for its sales tax tool; on Klasira, Stripe Billing's 0.7% and Stripe Tax's 0.5% are the equivalents.

What comes with Klasira

Many creators pay for a course platform, then add a payments tool, an email tool, a community app and an affiliate tool. Klasira puts the school, checkout, teaching tools, community, affiliates and email in one place, and keeps none of your revenue. If you're weighing Kajabi, check which of these you'd pay extra for there, or which plan unlocks them.

Where Kajabi is the better choice

Student apps

Students get the Kajabi app on every plan, and Pro adds a branded app. Klasira has no app.

Maturity and support ecosystem

Kajabi has years of templates, integrations, experts and community behind it. Klasira is new.

Lower card rates on bigger plans

Where Klasira is the better choice

Your money in your account, on Stripe's schedule

Klasira sells through your own Stripe account, so you're paid on Stripe's normal payout schedule and see every payment in your Stripe dashboard. New Kajabi Payments accounts start on monthly payouts with a seven-business-day delay, and using your own Stripe on Kajabi Basic costs 2% extra.

Affiliates without a bigger plan

Kajabi's affiliate program starts on Growth. Klasira includes an affiliate program with per-offer commissions, a cookie window and a refund hold.

Designed school themes

Klasira starts you from one of 15 designed school themes, edited as real pages in a drag-and-drop editor, and each school can sell in its own currency.

Teaching extras

Assignments: students hand in text and a file, you approve or send it back with feedback. A discussion under every lesson. Course insights: enrollments, completion rate, how many students finish each lesson, and quiz averages.

Who should choose which

Choose Kajabi if

  • You coach live and want video calls built in.
  • Your students expect an app, or you want a branded one.
  • You also run a podcast or paid newsletter.
  • Budget isn't the deciding factor and you want the most complete toolkit.

Choose Klasira if

  • You want payouts in your own Stripe account rather than monthly platform payouts.
  • You want affiliates and certificates without moving to a bigger plan.
  • Your business is mainly courses, downloads and memberships, not podcasts or live video.
  • You're happy to run live calls on your own Zoom or Google Meet.

Moving from Kajabi to Klasira

There's no automatic importer. Export your contacts and students from Kajabi as a CSV and import students into Klasira, then rebuild your courses in the course builder. Kajabi's funnels and emails need recreating in Klasira's automations.
