Klasira vs LearnWorlds: Pricing and Features (2026)

LearnWorlds is built for serious training, with SCORM, interactive video, learning paths and white-label options. Klasira is new and simpler, with 0% fees and designed school themes. Which fits you.

10 min read

LearnWorlds sits between creator platforms and corporate learning systems. It offers interactive video, SCORM and HTML5 packages, learning paths, assessments, a built-in community, a site builder, and on higher plans white-labelling, SSO and an optional branded app. That depth makes it popular with training companies and educators who sell to businesses.

Klasira is a new course platform for creators: designed school themes, courses, downloads and memberships, a community, affiliates and a CRM, selling through the creator's own Stripe account with 0% transaction fees. This comparison covers where each fits.

The short answer

Choose LearnWorlds if you build training that needs SCORM, interactive video, learning paths, white-labelling or SSO, or you sell to companies. Choose Klasira if you're a creator who wants certificates, subscriptions, payment plans and affiliates without moving up to LearnWorlds' Pro Trainer plan, no per-sale fee, and a designed school site.

Key takeaways

  • LearnWorlds costs $49, $99 or $299 a month ($44, $79 or $249 billed yearly), plus a Corporate plan, with a 30-day free trial.
  • Its Starter plan charges $5 for every paid enrollment and doesn't include free courses; Pro Trainer and above have no per-sale fee.
  • On LearnWorlds, certificates, subscriptions, payment plans, affiliates, SCORM and interactive video start on Pro Trainer.
  • Both platforms sell through your own payment accounts (LearnWorlds supports Stripe, PayPal or Shopify).
  • Klasira charges 0% transaction fees and pays every sale straight into your own Stripe account, so the only cut of a sale is Stripe's (or PayPal's) processing fee.

Disclosure: we make Klasira, so weigh our view accordingly. Everything we say about LearnWorlds comes from its own public pages, checked in October 2026 and linked at the end. Klasira is new and does less than LearnWorlds in several areas; we list them.

What the fees cost on real sales

Example (illustration, not data): $60,000 of course sales in a year, as 300 sales of $200 to US cardholders, on yearly billing where offered. Card processing of about 2.9% + 30¢ a sale (about $1,830 here) comes on top on every platform unless a row says it's included, so it's left out of the totals.

PlanPlan cost for the yearPlatform fee on $60,000Plan plus platform fee
LearnWorlds Starter$528$1,500 ($5 a sale)$2,028
LearnWorlds Pro Trainer (certificates)$948$0$948
KlasiraSee pricing$0 (0%)The plan price only

Starter's $5 per paid enrollment is a fixed amount, so it bites hardest on cheap courses: on a $20 course it's a quarter of the price. Most course businesses that need certificates or subscriptions will be on Pro Trainer anyway. Klasira charges no per-sale fee on any plan.

Klasira puts the school, checkout, teaching tools, community, affiliates and email in one place, and keeps none of your revenue. If you're weighing LearnWorlds, check which of these you'd pay extra for there, or which plan unlocks them.

Where LearnWorlds is the better choice

Corporate and serious training

SCORM and HTML5 packages, interactive video, learning paths, client groups, LTI 1.3 and SSO make LearnWorlds a fit for training companies and businesses. Klasira has none of these.

A branded app option

LearnWorlds sells a branded iOS and Android app as an add-on. Klasira has no app.

Support and reliability commitments

LearnWorlds offers 24/7 support from Pro Trainer, an uptime guarantee, and a migration service from other platforms.

A 30-day trial

Long enough to build and test a real course before paying.

Where Klasira is the better choice

No per-sale fee

LearnWorlds Starter charges $5 for each paid enrollment. Klasira takes nothing per sale.

Creator selling tools without a bigger plan

On LearnWorlds, certificates, subscriptions, payment plans and affiliates all start on Pro Trainer. Klasira includes certificates, subscriptions, payment plans, an affiliate program, order bumps and one-click upsells.

Standalone digital downloads

Digital downloads (PDFs, templates, audio) sold on their own or in bundles, alongside courses, rather than only as files inside lessons.

A designed school and a CRM

Klasira starts you from one of 15 designed school themes, and every student is also a CRM contact, with email automations, funnels, forms and a booking page for coaching calls.

Who should choose which

Choose LearnWorlds if

  • You need SCORM, interactive video, learning paths or SSO.
  • You sell training to companies or run client groups.

Choose Klasira if

  • You want certificates, subscriptions and affiliates without a higher plan.
  • You'd rather not pay a fee on each sale.
  • You want a designed school site and built-in email automations.

Moving from LearnWorlds to Klasira

Export your learners from LearnWorlds as a CSV and import them into Klasira as students, then rebuild your courses. SCORM packages and interactive videos have no equivalent in Klasira, so plain video lessons with quizzes replace them.
